AEG is a wholly owned subsidiary of Anschutz Company and operates numerous divisions dedicated to sports and entertainment presentations. AEG Facilities owns and operates more than 100 arenas, convention centers, theaters, clubs, stadiums, and entertainment districts in 17 of the top U.S. media markets. AEG provides complete event services, from ticketing and security, to bartenders and ushers. The organization also employs event venue technicians and digital media support staff.

AEG Live is the live entertainment division of the company, comprised of 15 regional offices and 35 venues, producing more than 4,500 concerts per year. This division encompasses touring, festival, exhibition, broadcast, and merchandise operations. Recently produced events include tours for Taylor Swift, Bon Jovi, Justin Bieber, and Paul McCartney. AEG Live is also the producer of the Coachella Music & Arts Festival, Stagecoach, and the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival. Network LIVE produces recorded and streaming video for multiple platforms such as VOD, cable, and digital cinema.

AEG Digital Media leverages technical expertise to create, produce, and distribute video content for platforms such as YouTube, Fox, Nintendo, AT&T, Comcast and MTV. This division has worked on events such as The Masters, The Grammy Awards, People’s Choice Awards, and Kids’ Choice Awards. Anschutz Film Group, now operating as Bristol Bay Productions and Walden Media, have been involved in the production of Atlas Shrugged, and Holes and co-produced The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe with Walt Disney Pictures.
